The Encyclopedia of Systems and Cybernetics Online (ESCO) is an online complement and extension to the two-volume "Encyclopedia of Systems and Cybernetics" ISBN 3598116306 (2nd ed), edited by Charles François.
ESCO has been launched officially at the IFSR 2005 Conference at Kobe in November 2005.
